Contract Scope: The Hellenic Survey of Geology and Mineral Exploration (EAGME) announces a Public Open Tender, through written sealed bids, for the “Lease of the Cafeteria and Gift Shop of the Hellenic Survey of Geology and Mineral Exploration (EAGME) and the National Geological Museum (NGM),” to serve both employees and visitors at its premises. The procedure will be conducted in accordance with the terms of Tender Notice No. 5407/11-10-2024 and the provisions of Articles 26–37 of Presidential Decree 715/1979 (Government Gazette A’ 212), applied mutatis mutandis.
The minimum bid amount is set at Two Thousand Euros (€2,000.00) per month.
Award Criterion: The award criterion will be the highest monthly rental offer, provided it meets all terms, specifications, and requirements of the tender. The successful bidder will be the one offering the highest rent.
Lease Duration: The lease period is defined as five (5) years. By mutual agreement, it may be extended for an additional three (3) years.
Submission of Offers – Time and Place: All offers must be submitted in a single sealed envelope. Interested parties may submit their offers either in person or through an authorized representative, or send them by registered post or courier service to the EAGME headquarters (1 Spyrou Loui St., Acharnes, 13677, Olympic Village, Gate C).

- Tender opening date: November 4, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.
Location of Cafeteria and Gift Shop: The facilities are located on the ground floor of EAGME headquarters at 1 Spyrou Loui St., Olympic Village, Gate C, 13677 Acharnes (NUTS: EL305). The total area is approximately 120.425 m², comprising 89.375 m² for the cafeteria and 31.05 m² for the gift shop.
