Project Scope:
The project involves supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSGME’s quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and Management Competence).
Purpose – Expected Outcomes:
The project aims to strengthen the documentation and effectiveness of the organization’s administrative systems, focusing on quality management frameworks (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and Management Competence). Its ultimate goal is to ensure that the quality of HSGME’s services and products is the result of a structured, systematic, and documented operational process compliant with the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. Through these systems, the organization seeks continuous improvement and consistent fulfillment of the expectations of the State and other stakeholders it serves.
