The physical scope of the project includes the preparation of a Navigation Guide to the institutional framework governing geothermal energy utilization, as well as the opportunities available in Greece for the exploration, exploitation, and management of geothermal resources, by-products, and derivatives. The Guide will be addressed to both Greek and foreign potential investors, providing all relevant information.
Purpose – Expected Results:
The publication of a Navigation Guide in both digital and printed form will bring benefits to the national economy, as it will promote the national policy for sustainable development. The existence of the Guide will assist the Ministry of Environment and Energy (YPEN) in its outreach to interested stakeholders and will substantially contribute to the codification, updating, and dissemination of accurate and reliable information.
