Physical Object:
The physical scope of the project includes the restoration of the former worksite area of Agios Mandilion in Nigrita, Serres. This involves the removal of useless and partially hazardous materials and machinery, the return of the radioactive lightning rod head, the termination of the lease of privately owned spaces, and ultimately the release and return of all areas to their rightful owners, restoring them as closely as possible to their original condition, including the area granted free of charge by the local Community.
Purpose – Expected Results:
- Signing of release agreements for the area, ensuring that HSGME holds no further obligations regarding its restoration.
- Removal of the radioactive lightning rod head by the specialized company that originally installed it at the worksite.
- Verification of ownership or inheritance legal documents for the properties of the former IGME worksite in the Terpni area of Nigrita, Serres.
- Preparation of private agreements between the property owners and HSGME.
