The subject of this tender concerns the “Supply of printers and scanners for the needs of H.S.G.M.E.” and is divided into sections.

The offer must not exceed the above budget per section and must not surpass the estimated value per item.
Bids may be submitted for the full quantity of one or more sections or for all sections combined.

The maximum number of sections that may be awarded to a single bidder is all sections.
The estimated duration of the contract is set at a maximum of three (3) months from the date of signing.
The contract will be awarded based on the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, according to the lowest price per section of the tender.
