The scope of the contract concerns the provision of accounting and administrative support services for H.S.G.M.E. Specifically, it includes the fully computerized operation and monitoring of the Authority in accordance with Presidential Decree 54/2018, support for budget execution, preparation of financial statements, and assistance in implementing Ministerial Decision 1035/2020, Government Gazette B’ 551/20.02.2020, regarding the mandatory maintenance of the AADE electronic accounting books.
The purpose of this contract is to provide accounting and administrative support services.
A detailed description of the physical and financial scope of this tender is provided in ANNEX I. The technical specifications are also provided in ANNEX I.
The duration of the contract is set at thirty-six (36) months from the date of signature.
The estimated value of the contract amounts to €2,176,200.00 including VAT 24% [budget excluding VAT: €1,755,000.00 and VAT: €421,200.00]. After the signing of the initial contract, during its implementation and before its expiration, the Contracting Authority may exercise an option to increase the physical and financial scope of the project (as described herein) by up to fifty percent (50%) of the project’s budget, as detailed in paragraph 4.5.1 of this document.
Under this option right, the Contracting Authority may increase the services provided by the contractor by up to 50%. The estimated value of the option right amounts to 50%, i.e. €1,088,100.00 including VAT 24% (option budget excluding VAT: €877,500.00 and VAT: €210,600.00).
The services will be provided at the premises of the central offices of H.S.G.M.E., 1 Spyrou Loui St., Olympic Village, Acharnes, P.C. 13677, Gate C of the Olympic Village.
The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on the best price-quality ratio.

Due to the integrated nature of the services and for reasons of efficiency in implementing the contract, this procurement is not divided into lots. Offers must be submitted for the entire scope of services.
