SUBJECT:
The subject of the contract is the supply of industrial gases and the provision of rental and transport services for the needs of the analytical laboratories of the Hellenic Survey of Geology and Mineral Exploration (H.S.G.M.E.), within the framework of the project “Grant to HSGME for the implementation of the ‘Greek Groundwater Monitoring Network (DIPYNE)’.” The required industrial gases will be used to meet the analytical needs of H.S.G.M.E.’s laboratories, particularly for the operation of instruments such as ICP-MS, ICP-OES, GC-MS-MS, AAS, LECO, TOC, etc.
Specifically, the following are requested:
A. 290 cylinders of argon 5.0, 50L (10.7m³), pressure 200 bar, purity 99.999%, with cylinder rental.
B. 2 cylinders of helium 5.0, 50L (9.1m³), purity 99.999%, without cylinder rental, property of H.S.G.M.E.
C. 2 cylinders of acetylene 2.6, 40L (5.5kg), purity 99.6%, without cylinder rental, property of H.S.G.M.E.
D. 2 cylinders of oxygen 2.6, 50L (8m³), purity 99.6%, without cylinder rental, property of H.S.G.M.E.
The contract is classified under the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes: 24110000-8 – Industrial Gases, 70332200-9 – Commercial Property Management Services, 60100000-9 – Road Transport Services.
The estimated contract value amounts to fifty thousand six hundred thirty-two euros and fifty cents (€50,632.50) excluding VAT, and sixty-two thousand seven hundred eighty-four euros and thirty cents (€62,784.30) including 24% VAT.
More specifically:
A. The estimated value for CPV 24110000-8 – Industrial Gases amounts to forty-three thousand six hundred fifty euros (€43,650.00) excluding VAT, i.e. fifty-four thousand one hundred twenty-six euros (€54,126.00) including VAT.
B. The estimated value for CPV 70332200-9 – Commercial Property Management Services amounts to four thousand five hundred sixty-two euros and fifty cents (€4,562.50) excluding VAT, i.e. five thousand six hundred fifty-seven euros and fifty cents (€5,657.50) including VAT.
C. The estimated value for CPV 60100000-9 – Road Transport Services amounts to two thousand four hundred twenty euros (€2,420.00) excluding VAT, i.e. three thousand euros and eighty cents (€3,000.80) including VAT.
The contract duration is set at twenty-four (24) months from the date of signing.
The places of contract performance are defined as the central offices of H.S.G.M.E., located at Spyrou Loui 1, Municipality of Acharnes, P.C. 13677, Olympic Village, Acharnes (NUTS: EL305), and the building of the Regional Unit of Epirus, located at Elaionas of Preveza, P.C. 48100, Preveza (NUTS: EL541).
A detailed description of the contract’s physical scope is provided in ANNEX “I” of the Tender Notice.
Due to the interrelated nature of its contractual object, this contract is not divided into lots, and the award will be made as a whole.
The contract will be awarded based on the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, based on price.
The deadline for the submission of offers is Monday, July 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
The procedure will be conducted through the National System of Electronic Public Procurement (E.S.H.I.DI.S.) platform, accessible via the online portal www.promitheus.gov.gr, on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
