Public open tender notice for the lease of a property to meet the storage needs of H.S.G.M.E., with a maximum estimated monthly expenditure of one thousand five hundred euros (€1,500.00) and a lease duration of five (5) years.
The purpose of the tender is to lease a property that will meet the space requirements necessary for the operation of the facilities and the implementation of the services provided by the Hellenic Survey of Geology and Mineral Exploration (H.S.G.M.E.), including main and auxiliary areas essential for its functions.
The maximum monthly payable rent is set at one thousand five hundred euros (€1,500.00) for the entire five-year lease period.
Offers must be submitted or sent by registered mail, by hand, or via courier to the headquarters of H.S.G.M.E. (1 Sp. Loui Street, Acharnes, P.C. 13677, Gate C, Olympic Village).
The deadline for the submission and receipt of offers at the H.S.G.M.E. offices is Friday, November 19, 2021, at 14:00.
The tender will take place on Monday, November 22, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., when the competent Tender Committee will proceed with the unsealing of the sealed offers.
