Department of Digital Services

The Department of Digital Services (THD) operates under the Directorate of Development & Infrastructure (DANY). Its core mission is to drive the Authority’s digital evolution through the development and maintenance of its technological infrastructure, staff training in digital skills, and the effective release and use of its data assets across all areas of activity.

Within this framework, the THD:

• Prepares the Authority’s ICT development plan, covering software, hardware, and web-based services.
• Designs, manages, and maintains ICT infrastructure and the Authority’s information systems for administration.
• Compiles and manages the geospatial database and related metadata in line with national and EU legislation.
• Digitizes and manages the Authority’s Library, and leads the development of an e-services platform (map services) for managing the Authority’s open data.
